Mango black bean salad never taste this good 😊 making your own salad just has a richness to it that you don’t get from out the freezer in stores. No comparison. When you make your own salad you can add as many different leafy green vegetables 🥒 which are full of beneficial chlorophyll😍
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen corn, thawed(optional)
1 – 2 mangos, peeled and chopped into small cubes.
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro.
3 – 4 green onions diced.
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped.
3 cups cooked black beans.
3 tablespoons fresh lime.
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic.
1 teaspoon fresh oregano or dried.
1 teaspoon ground cumin, dash of chili powder and cayenne pepper.
9 cups of any green leafy vegetable you like. I added many. You can simply add lettuce but then that’s NO FUN!

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients, except green leafy vegetables. Add the green leafy vegetables when you’re ready to eat! Enjoy, I sure did!
For more boldness add avocado 🥑 (optional) it’s a must for me!
