• This recipe was inspired from a sister on YouTube and they came out pretty good! What you’ll need is pictured below…
  • Very well diced mushrooms, two chopped garlic cloves, diced onions, 2 tbsp linseeds/flaxseed meal, half cup bread crumbs, half cup of oats, small bunch fresh chopped parsley or dry, 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper, 2 tablespoons oregano, pepper and 1 tbsp salt.
  • Directions:
  • Make your mixture of linseeds/flaxmeal and set aside. Make mix with six tablespoons of water or vegetable broth, stir well and let sit while preparing everything else. Heat pan, add coconut oil or whatever oil you use to coat pan.  Add chopped onions and garlic cook and then add mushrooms cook until water starts to form. Once done strain access liquid.
  • Preheat oven to 365. Place parchment paper in pan and grease lightly. Once mushrooms are drained place in bowl and add seasoning, chopped parsley, oats and breadcrumbs, mix well. Add linseed/flaxseed mixture to bowl, mix well with hands until texture is able to form meatballs. This should make about 7-8 meatballs. If you want more meatballs double up on recipe! Place meatballs in pan and place in heated oven. Cook 10 minutes on each side. Once done serve with tomato sauce! Enjoy 😊
