I love salad because I can make to my liking! Making your own salad tastes much better than store bought salads.

This salad is mixed with…chopped kale, chopped broccoli, half chopped onion. I prefer using red onions because they have a unique taste, compared to yellow onions. Diced sweet tomatoes. You can use any beans you prefer I used cannellini beans. One chopped avocado! All vegetables should be fresh. In a small bowl I added about two teaspoon of olive oil and added, garlic, onion powder, thyme, pepper, vegetable seasons, half of lime, juiced and mixed really well. Added all ingredients to a glass bowl and tossed everything well together. Enjoy!!! Served with roasted asparagus and quinoa.
