Prepped/uncooked and cooked asparagus. I love asparagus because they taste really good and for its health benefits!
Directions: Wash fresh asparagus. Cut bottoms. In a pan place parchment paper. Cut one or two plum tomatoes place on top of asparagus. Add seasons you like. I used garlic, pepper, paprika, and a mixed vegetable season. Sqeeze one lemon coating every asparagus, tomatoes and seasoning. Drizzle with olive oil and roast in oven for about 15-30 minutes, depending on how much asparagus you have! The done product is below! Enjoy!!!
