This mix was so good I ate every last bit to myself!! This is a raw dish, no cooking or heat necessary. It was very easy and quick to make! Ingredients and prep below.
1-2 cans of black spicy beans rinsed. One onion thinly sliced. 1 Red and green pepper diced. Two plum tomatoe or sweet tomatoes diced. 1-2 cube sliced avocados depending on how big they are. In a small bowl mix 1-2 tablespoons of olive or melted coconut oil, 1tsp paprika, 1tsponion powder, 1tspgarlic powder, 1/2tsp pepper and salt which is optional, 1 big squeezed lemon, mix very well in bowl. In a big glass bowl add all ingredients and liquid ingredient mix. Mix all together gently until all ingredients are mixed well! ENJOY!! You can spice this up even more with different peppers and add corn.
